Тенденции развития и экономическая оценка интеграционных процессов на рынке металлов

В статье интеграционный процесс рассмотрен с позиции трех измерений, характеризующих соответственно увеличение количества и появление новых связей, силу, характер и устойчивость возникающих связей, динамику и целесообразную форму процесса. Выявлены тенденции развития интеграционных процессов на рынке металлов и обосновано выделение пяти этапов развития российского металлотрейдинга в период 1991-2016 гг. Предложен пошаговый способ осуществления интеграционного процесса, разработан методический подход к экономической оценке целесообразности интеграционных процессов металлопроизводителей и металлотрейдеров, включающий три последовательных этапа ее проведения, реализующие соответственно принципы рефлексивного управления, энтропийного подхода, традиционной оценки слияний и поглощений. Предложен алгоритм практической реализации авторского подхода, позволяющий выявить оптимальную траекторию интеграционного процесса как последовательности горизонтальных и вертикальных шагов интеграции.Библиографические ссылки
