Роль России в развитии интеграционных процессов на развивающихся рынках

Необходимость структурной трансформации российской экономики в условиях замедления ее глобализации в посткризисный период актуализировала вопросы укрепления существующих стратегических партнерств России и поиска новых точек роста ее экономики. В статье обосновывается значимость участия России в макрорегиональных экономических объединениях. Проанализированы проблемы развития межгосударственных партнерств и связанные с ними риски. Проведен анализ значимости взаимной торговли России со странами ЕАЭС, БРИКС, ШОС на основе использования соответствующего индекса, который показал, что наиболее высокими темпами растет доля торгового оборота России со странами БРИКС и ШОС, существенный импульс росту которой придает торговля с Китаем, в то время как в ЕАЭС уровень развития внутрисоюзной торговли уступает потенциалу поддержки роста экономик стран-участниц через развитие внешнеторговых связей. Причем заинтересованность стран — партнеров России по ЕАЭС в развитии связей с третьими странами значительно усилилась в последние годы. Отмечено, что на пути интеграции стран ЕАЭС существует большое количество проблем, в том числе — принципиальная несовместимость интересов участников. На основе полученных результатов в исследовании показаны перспективы развития взаимного сотрудничества России в различных форматах интеграционных объединений. Отмечается, что главным препятствием для России в развитии новых экономических союзов является слабая конкурентоспособность экономики. Современная ситуация не способствует укреплению межрегионального сотрудничества, но при этом создает для России возможность укрепить сотрудничество в АТР и активизировать участие в многосторонних механизмах. Сделан вывод о необходимости в среднесрочной перспективе в формате ЕАЭС сосредоточить усилия на укреплении существующих институтов и на формировании гибкого экономического партнерства современного типа.
