Структурная динамика занятости населения старшего возраста стран - участниц Евразийского экономического союза

Активная трудовая занятость населения старших возрастов становится драйвером решения вопросов, вызванных демографическим старением населения. Возрастание значимости населения старшего возраста на рынке труда обусловливает создание благоприятных условий для реализации его ресурсного потенциала. Цель исследования - оценивание структурных изменений трудовой занятости работников старших возрастов по видам экономической деятельности в странах ЕАЭС для определения позитивных отраслей для возможного продолжения трудовой занятости населения. Гипотеза исследования: Среди стран ЕАЭС существуют отрасли со схожими тенденциями к возрастанию занятости работников старших возрастов в условиях различий трудового потенциала. В исследовании выявлены тенденции изменений занятости старших возрастных групп, систематизированы теоретические подходы к изучению возможностей развития трудовой занятости работников старшего возраста, оценены структурные различия занятости по видам экономической деятельности на основе выбранной методологии и методического инструментария и разработаны рекомендации по поддержке отраслей, создающих условия для увеличения занятости старших возрастных групп. Проведен анализ занятости старших возрастных групп с использованием интегральных коэффициентов структурных сдвигов Гатева и Рябцева для количественной оценки изменений по странам ЕАЭС. На основе статистических данных о занятости населения с 2014-2019 гг. стран - участниц ЕАЭС в результате выявлено, что продолжать трудовую деятельность население старших возрастов для стран ЕАЭС (кроме Армении) может в деятельности по операциям с недвижимым имуществом, в гостиницах и на предприятиях общественного питания, в области здравоохранения и социальных услуг. Предложенные рекомендации могут быть использованы в разработке государственных мер для стимулирования занятости работников старших возрастов с учетом видов экономической деятельности, включающей развитие предпринимательства в старшем возрасте, расширение информационной среды для привлечения к занятости старших возрастов.Библиографические ссылки
