Перспективы китайско-африканских торговых отношений в контексте трансформации глобальной системы торговли

Поскольку торгово-экономические отношения Китая и государств Африки в последние десятилетия приобрели системообразующий характер для обеих сторон и для мирового хозяйства и переживают процесс качественной трансформации, цель исследования заключается в выявлении особенностей и тенденций внешнеторговых отношений между КНР и странами Африканского континента и прогнозировании перспективной направленности и характера этих отношений. Гипотеза исследования заключается в том, что трансформация мировой торговли непосредственно преобразует объемы и структуру китайско-африканской торговли. В статье применяются компаративный, статистический анализ и модели ARMA и ARIMA для оценки перспектив китайско-африканской торговли. Использовались аналитические материалы и базы статистических данных международных организаций, экспертных центров и собственных исследований. Авторами проанализирована динамика и структура китайско-африканской торговли товарами в 2000–2023 гг. Установлено, что трансформация мировой торговли изменяет объемы, динамику, структуру китайско-африканской торговли при сохранении ее дисбалансов (географического, товарного, структурного, финансового). Разработаны прогнозные сценарии (инерционный, оптимистичный и пессимистичный) развития внешней торговли Китая и стран Африки на период до 2030 г., подтверждающие существенный торговый дисбаланс. Для уменьшения торгового дисбаланса нами разработаны рекомендации, а именно: увеличение импорта африканских товаров, особенно несырьевой продукции, внедрение мер по упрощению логистики, снижению торговых барьеров и увеличению инвестиций в перерабатывающие отрасли Африки. Сделан вывод, что в сложившихся условиях роста глобальной нестабильности и усилившейся конкуренции за африканские ресурсы Китаю важно содействовать социально-экономическому прогрессу Африки для роста экспорта на «золотой» континент. Исследование представляет научный и практический интерес как для КНР и стран Африки, являющихся важнейшими участниками трансформации мировой торговой системы, так и для РФ, и позволяет установить основные закономерности внешнеторгового сотрудничества со странами Африки, его механизмы и ограничения.
