Влияние места проживания семей и очередности появления детей в семье на рождаемость

Динамика уровня рождаемости в регионах России неоднородна. Цель исследования заключается в изучении этой динамики в зависимости от значимых факторов в разделении этого влияния по очередности появления детей в семье для городского и сельского населения. Изучение причин дифференциации помогает разрабатывать меры, которые будут эффективны в разных территориях. Анализируются официальные статистические данные за 2000–2023 гг. одного из регионов РФ — Удмуртской Республики. Методическую основу исследования составляют методы регрессионного моделирования, а также полученные ранее результаты корреляционного анализа. Линейную связь с уровнем рождаемости имеют такие демографические и социально-экономические показатели, как место проживания, очередность появления детей в семье, отношение среднедушевых доходов населения к прожиточному минимуму, показатель наличия выплат материнского капитала в регионе. Нелинейная связь выявлена между рождаемостью и соотношением численности женского и мужского населения фертильных возрастов. Предложены математические модели зависимости коэффициентов рождаемости для городского и сельского населения от указанных показателей. По ним осуществлен прогноз коэффициентов рождаемости для Удмуртской Республики в разбиении по месту проживания семей и очередности появления детей в семье. До 2030 г. в регионе продолжится снижение рождаемости первенцев, стабилизируется численность детей, рожденных вторыми в семье, и увеличится число рождений третьих и последующих детей. Прогнозные значения коэффициента рождаемости в регионе стабилизируются на уровне 7,7 ‰. Число рождений в Удмуртской Республике к 2030 г. снизится до 9629 чел., что на 20,6 % ниже уровня 2023 г. Это снижение формируется главным образом за счет диспропорции в соотношении численности женщин и мужчин фертильных возрастов. Результаты исследований могут быть полезны при разработке программ, направленных на повышение рождаемости на разных территориях.
